Job summary

Redford Recruiters is seeking an experienced Crane Operator in Abu Dhabi to safely operate cranes on ADNOC and CICPA projects. You will follow lifting plans, inspect equipment, and coordinate with banks man and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.

The role requires a valid Crane Operator license, proven crane experience in construction or oil & gas, and strong HSE knowledge to meet ADNOC safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.
• ADNOC and CICPA project/site experience is preferred.
• Valid Crane Operator license/certification as required.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, load charts, and rigging practices.
• Strong understanding of HSE and ADNOC safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to lifting plans and site requirements.
• Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials and equipment.
• Follow ADNOC and CICPA safety standards, HSE procedures, and site regulations.
• Conduct daily crane inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Check lifting equipment, slings, shackles, hooks, and other accessories before use.
• Follow approved lifting plans, load charts, and safe working load limits.
• Coordinate with banks man/signalman, riggers, and site supervisors during lifting operations.
• Ensure proper crane positioning, stability, and safe working radius.
• Maintain safe clearance from personnel, structures, power lines, and other equipment.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and complete required equipment records.
