Job Title: Excavator Operator

• Salary: AED 3,500 + other benefits


• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator with experience in ADNOC and CICPA projects/sites. The candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and other construction activities while strictly following site safety and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently as per project requirements.


• Perform excavation, trenching, digging, grading, back filling, and loading activities.


• Follow ADNOC and CICPA safety standards, HSE procedures, and site regulations.


• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical issues.


• Ensure safe operation around underground utilities, pipelines, personnel, and other equipment.


• Coordinate with site supervisors, banks men, and other construction teams.


• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions around the machine.


• Carry out basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.


• Follow permit-to-work and other site-specific procedures.


• Complete assigned work safely and within the required timeframe.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.


• ADNOC and CICPA project/site experience is preferred.


• Valid heavy equipment/operator license or certification, as applicable.


• Strong knowledge of excavator operation, excavation, trenching, and earthworks.


• Good understanding of HSE and ADNOC safety requirements.


• Ability to work safely around pipelines, underground utilities, and other site hazards.


• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
