Job summary

Reshamwala Shipbrokers in Dubai is seeking a CPP Broker to join our global team of maritime professionals. You will broker spot voyages and time charters for CPP products and build direct relationships with oil majors, traders, and tanker owners.

The role requires solid knowledge of Worldscale, charter party clauses, and laytime/demurrage, plus strong negotiation and communication skills to perform fixture negotiations from order to charter party execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CPP broking or chartering experience.
• Strong Worldscale, charter party clauses and laytime/demurrage knowledge.
• Robust communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Broker spot voyages and time charters for CPP products for MR, LR1, and LR2 tankers.
• Cultivate direct relationships with oil majors, traders and tanker owners.
• Deliver real-time market reporting, freight index tracking and fixture analysis.
• Oversee fixture negotiations from order placement to charter party execution.
• Coordinate with operations and demurrage teams for post-fixture resolution.
