Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a CPOV & Fleet Manager to lead Pre Owned & Fleet operations across the UAE. You’ll drive strategic sales initiatives across corporate, SME, and dealer channels with a nine-person team, optimizing fleet pricing, stock, and customer relations.

The role includes securing government tenders, coordinating with dealer principals, and aligning with marketing and supply chain to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of used car sales and buying process.
• Experience in Pre-Owned multi-site management within a franchised automotive environment.
• Proficient in Arabic and English; excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize pricing, stock, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out CPOV commercial programs for all brands across UAE.
• Set sales targets, drive KPI achievement, and manage performance with principals.
• Oversee stock, reconditioning costs, ageing stock, and monthly performance reports.
• Coach sales teams through regular site visits and training programs.
• Coordinate buy-back returns, inspections, and residual value negotiations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to share best practices and initiatives.
• Deliver fleet volume and gross margin while achieving monthly budgets.
