Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a CPOV & Fleet Manager to oversee Pre-Owned & Fleet operations across the UAE. You will lead a team of nine, drive strategic sales initiatives, manage stock and pricing, and coordinate with dealer principals to achieve growth and high customer satisfaction.

You will optimize fleet pricing, tendering, and marketing plans while ensuring compliance with brand and service standards to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the used car sales and buying process (F&I systems).
• Substantial experience in Pre-Owned multi-site management within a franchised automotive environment.
• Proven ability to drive KPI delivery and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out CPOV commercial programs for all brands.
• Set sales targets and drive KPI achievement for teams.
• Manage stock, including reconditioning costs, stock mix and ageing stock.
• Coach sales executives through site visits and training.
• Deliver budgeted fleet volume and gross margin each month.
• Secure fleet tenders and contracts with UAE government entities.
