Job summary

Fasset is seeking a Country Manager to lead operations and growth in the UAE. You will oversee P&L, establish partnerships, and drive user acquisition strategies to establish Fasset as a leading stablecoin neobank.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in country management, deep knowledge of the UAE's financial ecosystem, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep network and understanding of the UAE’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
• Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset’s operations and growth in the UAE. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for the UAE.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in the UAE.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.
