Job summary

Petrochem Performance Chemicals LLC in the UAE seeks a Country Manager (Operations) to lead PPC UAE, align with the Group's strategy, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and environmental commitments. You will manage senior leaders, oversee drilling fluids services, tenders, and contracts, and partner with customers, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires 15–18 years in Drilling Fluids/O&G with 5–7 years in management, a chemical/petroleum

Qualifications

• 15–18 years experience in Drilling Fluids / O&G industry.
• 5–7 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Bachelor degree in Chemical / Chemistry / Petroleum Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAE operations and execute the business plan with 1-, 3-, and 5-year forecasting.
• Oversee P&L and financial position for PPC UAE.
• Develop and implement drilling fluids sales and service strategies for UAE; ensure service quality.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and performance-manage senior and middle managers and staff.
• Direct functions via Department Managers; manage budgets and resources; ensure regulatory compliance.
