Job summary

Petrochem Performance Chemicals in the UAE seeks a Solid Control Equipment (SCE) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM) Coordinator with 5+ years in the field. You will supervise service delivery, maintain records, and coordinate site operations across projects in the GCC and MENA region.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with HSE standards, and the ability to manage teams, contracts, and cost analyses while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the same position and 15+ years in the solid control and waste management industry.
• Experience in GCC and MENA region is a must, UAE preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering; master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise the implementation of services to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain records for service activities and Quality Control.
• Develop, coordinate and implement site operations development plans.
• Coordinate relations with local authorities.
• Supervise manpower to ensure competency and timely feedback.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and analyzing problems.
• Coordinate all daily work and supervise assignment distribution.
