Azadea Group seeks a Counter Sales Associate for its Eataly store in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, fluent English, and up to one year of customer service experience. Cash handling and strong service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• High school degree required.
• Zero to one year of experience in customer service or a similar role is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk-in customers with high-level service and product knowledge.
• Process orders from waiters and ensure timely delivery within service standards.
• Receive daily orders, stock display fridges, and maintain hygiene and presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing duties according to procedures.
• Maintain records including training logs, taste panels, and wastage forms.
• Handle cash payments and exchanges per policy.
• Place product orders by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare takeaway orders and accommodate special requests.
• Communicate operation details clearly for handovers in logs.
• Uphold hygiene with Clean as you go and sanitize counters.
• Complete monthly inventory for disposables.
