Job summary

BABA ROMA FOR CAKES AND BAKERY CO. L.L.C (BRANCH) invites a cost control and inventory specialist with bakery experience to join the team. You will manage inventory across locations, optimize cost controls, and leverage Sapaad POS and Supy for procurement and stock reconciliation.

Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis is required; BI certifications are a plus. This is an in-person role based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in cost control or inventory management in bakery/outlets.
• Hands on experience with Sapaad POS and Supy inventory platform.
• Experience in preparing recipe costing sheets and dish margin analysis.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconciliations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of cost control practices and bakery production workflows.
