Job summary

Probus Engineering and Construction LLC is seeking a cost control/financial analysis professional to manage project budgets and variance analysis in a fast-paced industry. The role involves forecasting costs, strategic financial planning, and delivering comprehensive cost reports to senior management.

Candidates should have a finance or accounting background with 3–5 years of relevant experience; MBA is a plus, and CCP/CMA credentials are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• CPC CMA certifications highly desirable.
