Job summary

You will screen SME and corporate groups, generate system reports, and liaise with the sales team to manage quote turnaround times, providing consistent support for renewals across Africa and individuals across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Manage the large corporate and SME team mailbox and quote allocation.
• Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions.
• Perform legal check on new quote census.
• Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation.
• Generate reports from the system and format outputs.
• Liaise with sales on quote TATs.
• Provide underwriting support for SME renewals across Africa.
• Support Individual renewals across the Middle East.
• Adhere to internal guidelines to ensure timely, compliant processing.
• Assist underwriters on additional tasks as needed.
