Job summary

RecruitMe Plus seeks a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization from its Dubai operations. You will review and draft contracts, advise management, support governance, and coordinate with external counsel on cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates have roughly 8 years of corporate/legal experience, with strong contract drafting and cross-jurisdiction exposure, and an ability to work with senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• LLM in Taxation/Tax Law is strongly preferred.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant professional legal experience.
• Experience in corporate, holding, family office, investment group or similar.
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Exposure to trusts, foundations, legal structuring and succession planning.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions or cross-border matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.
• Support corporate structuring, entity formation, restructuring, and related legal documentation.
• Advise on trusts, foundations, succession structures, and other legal structuring matters where applicable.
• Support board and shareholder matters, including resolutions, corporate approvals, governance documentation, and related filings.
• Monitor and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks and provide practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, tax advisors, regulators, and other professional advisers when required.
• Support legal aspects of cross-border transactions, investments, and corporate initiatives.
• Maintain corporate records, legal documentation, licences, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly.
• Support internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters across different jurisdictions.

Position Overview

The Corporate Lawyer is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and safeguarding the company's interests.
