Job summary

Gargash Insurance Services LLC in Dubai seeks an energetic insurance sales professional to promote and sell a wide range of corporate insurance products, including property, liability, employee benefits, and motor fleet offerings.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ UAE insurance sales experience, holds a valid UAE driving license, and demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to expand our client base and achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance sales within the UAE market.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products to corporate clients, including: Non-Motor Insurance (Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, Professional Indemnity, etc.); Employee Benefits (Medical, Group Life, Personal Accident); and Motor Fleet.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and achieve monthly/yearly targets
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Analysis market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of customer service
