Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic academic leadership across all schools within the group, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and regulatory expectations
- Oversee curriculum development, academic policies, teaching and learning standards, and assessment frameworks across British Curriculum and CBSE schools
- Drive school improvement initiatives using internal performance data, inspection outcomes, academic reviews, and international education benchmarks
- Lead academic audits, curriculum reviews, teaching quality evaluations, and professional development programs focused on high‑impact classroom practice
- Work closely with Principals, Phase Heads, Heads of Departments, and senior academic teams to embed best practices and improve student progress
- Monitor attainment, achievement, assessment quality, and academic accountability across all schools
- Support new school setup projects, academic accreditations, curriculum structures, and operational readiness for teaching and learning
- Analyze academic performance data to guide decision‑making, intervention planning, and measurable improvement priorities
- Represent the education group in academic forums, school inspections, regulatory reviews, and strategic education discussions
- Promote curriculum innovation, inclusive learning, teacher development, and consistent academic standards across diverse school settings
- Ensure academic systems remain aligned with UAE regulatory requirements, school inspection frameworks, and curriculum expectations
- Build a culture of collaboration, professional growth, accountability, and continuous improvement across the group’s academic teams
Ideal Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Doctorate or NPQH qualification will be preferred
- Minimum 10 years of academic leadership experience
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience within a school group, education network, or regulatory body
- Proven record of raising academic standards, improving attainment, and leading school improvement across multiple schools
- Strong knowledge of British Curriculum, Indian CBSE Curriculum, and UAE education regulatory requirements
- Experience in curriculum innovation, school improvement planning, academic audits, assessment systems and performance reviews
- Strong ability to guide Principals, senior leaders, department heads, and teaching teams across diverse education settings
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision‑making, and team‑building skills
- Confident in using academic data, inspection evidence, and benchmarks to shape strategic improvement plans
- Able to influence stakeholders, lead change and maintain high academic expectations across the group
