Job summary

instashop, part of the Delivery Hero family, is seeking an Associate Tech Tools & Contracts to support software tools, tech contracts, and vendor relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage tool subscriptions, and ensure contracts align with business needs and compliance.

In this role you will work with legal, procurement, and finance to oversee renewals, licensing, and vendor performance, delivering cost-saving insights while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of technology tools, software procurement, and IT contracts.
• Experience working with procurement, legal and finance teams in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of contract management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze contracts and technical documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the procurement, management, and renewal of software tools and technology subscriptions while collaborating with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure compliance.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to software licensing, service agreements, and technology vendor partnerships.
• Managing contract milestones, maintaining an up-to-date database of all tech tools and software licenses, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring vendor performance, assisting with troubleshooting issues, supporting the audit process, and analyzing tech tool usage to provide cost-saving insights.
