Job summary

Cluster Clear Services is seeking a Coordinator cum Event Host for a hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will manage the photobooth experience from client brief to live event, ensuring smooth operation, guest engagement, and stylish execution.

You will coordinate with vendors and venue staff, troubleshoot minor tech issues on-site, and help with props and QR code sharing for digital downloads. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event coordination, hosting, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• UAE driving license preferred (or reliable transport access).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients pre-event to confirm logistics, timelines, and customizations.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of photobooth equipment at venues.
