Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sample Coordinator to manage daily sampling activities, registrations, and logistics. The role requires coordinating with clients, sales representatives, and lab staff to ensure timely sample collection across Dubai and Abu Dhabi contracts.

Candidates should have 1+ year of experience, be ready to join immediately, and hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage sampling schedules and registrations daily.
• Track monthly sampling plans and logs.
• Coordinate between client, sales team, and lab personnel for sampling details.
• Oversee dispatch of sampling bottles/containers.
• Ensure safety PPE for samplers during field work.
• Arrange transportation and vehicle logistics for samples.
• Educate samplers during monthly coordination meetings with quality.

Job description

Application invited immediately for an experienced sample coordinator for an organization based in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are looking for candidates who can provide a serious commitment of minimum 2 years.

• Responsible for the management of samples including scheduling /registrations and tracking. (Daily Sample collection assignment to the samplers according to the work schedules given by the sales representative)
• Maintain the record of sampling plan including the monthly samples.
• Coordinating between the client and the sale representative for details such as locations, Contact details, clarity of sample collection etc.
• Daily monitoring and maintain the work log time sheet of samplers.
• Handle complaints of sampling technicians and give them a solution to their encountering problems, further to the discussion with concern department Managers.
• Responsible for organizing the adequate sampling tools in coordination with lab manager/ lab supervisor.
• Responsible for dispatching the sampling bottles / Containers.
• Responsible to completing the sampling schedules with in the time frame. (In such event of assistance required from a chemist or microbiologist for sampling, he have to coordinate with the lab manager for assistance)
• Responsible to coordinate with clients in advance and scheduling the sample collections for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi Contracts.
• Responsible for arranging the transportation of subcontracting samples or any other goods.
• Responsible to coordinate with the administration department for vehicle arrangement.
• Responsible for organizing monthly meetings with samplers and educate them with coordination with the quality.
• Responsible to ensure the samplers have their safety PPE during the sampling

• Prior consulting experience is an advantage.
