Logistics Coordinator

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials, including scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and liaising with carriers
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any issues or delays
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management processes
• Assist with customs clearance procedures for international shipments
• Create and maintain shipping documents such as bills of lading and shipping labels
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding transportation and distribution
• Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements within the logistics operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with logistics software systems is preferred
• Knowledge of customs regulations for international shipments is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month
