Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Controls Supervisor / Steam Turbine Controls Specialist to support a short-term start-up assignment at an onshore plant in the UAE. The candidate will have hands-on experience with Woodward 505DR and ProTech G2, and will work with commissioning teams to ensure a safe turbine start-up.

Primary duties include startup support, testing, troubleshooting, and rapid issue resolution on control systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controls Supervisor / Steam Turbine Controls Specialist to support a short-term start-up assignment at an onshore plant in the UAE. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with steam turbine control systems, particularly Woodward 505DR and ProTech G2, and will support the safe and successful start-up of the turbine.

Requirements

• Strong experience with steam turbine controls


• Hands-on experience with Woodward 505DR


• Experience with Woodward ProTech G2


• Previous turbine commissioning or start-up experience
  
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability


• Previous petrochemical, oil & gas or power generation site experience preferred
