Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Control Room Operator to oversee continuous plant operations, monitor process parameters, and support safe production and maintenance activities from the Control Centre.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a technical diploma, and coordination with field teams and maintenance to ensure reliability and safety of oil and gas production facilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant operational experience in oil & gas.
• Technical Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience with work permits, fire & gas monitoring and SAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control continuous plant operations from the Control Centre.
• Observe process parameters across oil, gas, utilities and wells.
• Identify causes of production limitations and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and field teams on daily activities.
