Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a seasoned Control Room Operator to monitor and control centralized oil and gas production from the Control Centre in Dubai. You will manage alarms, optimize plant performance, and coordinate with field teams during startups, outages, and maintenance.

The role requires 2–3 years in oil and gas operations, familiarity with process parameters, and strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and rapid response to process disturbances.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma/Secondary certificate with vocational cert.
• 2–3 years of relevant operating experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of oil and gas production processes and control room operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control continuous plant operations from the Control Centre.
• Track operating conditions across oil, gas, utilities and water injection systems.
• Maintain process parameters within established limits and procedures.
• Identify causes of production restrictions and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with field personnel during parameter changes or abnormalities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for surface facilities and wellhead equipment.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
