Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced Contracts Specialist to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technology contracts. You will review, negotiate, and govern master agreements, SOWs, and order forms while coordinating with Legal, Procurement, and Finance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in contract management, expert knowledge of software licensing, and hands-on SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts and software licensing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Review and negotiate Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and termination agreements.
• Maintain contract records and monitor key contractual dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and Supplier teams to ensure timely contract approvals and execution.
• Support contract execution, governance, and workflow management through SAP Ariba.
• Assist in managing contracts related to software, hardware, implementation, and support services.
• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain contract, licensing, and compliance trackers using Excel.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Prepare presentations, contract summaries, and management reports using PowerPoint.
• Support internal audits, governance reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve contract management processes and controls.
