Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and deliver commercial and contracts reports.
• Manage the contract lifecycle.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and award supplier contracts or recommend awards.
• Review and update existing contracts.
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties.
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Analyze potential risks with specific contract terms.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to meet project goals.
• Ensure deadlines and contractual conditions are met.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records.

Currie & Brown is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Al Ain with Mixed-Use Development projects experience while working with a key client.

What will you be doing

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
• Maintaining Client relationships and delivering commercial and contracts reports according to the clients requirements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
• Review and update existing contracts
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties
