Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented administrator to review and process contractor and vehicle access pass applications through the Contractor+ portal, verify documents, and approve or request information as needed.

You will generate reports on access, vehicle entries, PPE sales and revenue, conduct inspections, provide system training, and coordinate with exhibitors, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth venue access and compliant operations.

• Generate and maintain regular access and revenue reports.
• Provide system training for exhibitors, contractors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Review and process contractor and vehicle access pass applications through the Contractor+ portal.
• Verify submitted documents and approve, reject, or request additional information as required.
• Monitor incoming applications and emails related to access requests and respond to contractor queries.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on contractor access, vehicle entries, PPE sales, and revenue.
• Conduct random inspections of passes within the venue to ensure compliance and address misuse.
• Coordinate with internal teams, exhibitors, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate access and operations.
• Provide Contractor+ system training to exhibitors, contractors, and internal departments when required.
• Support customer service and operational coordination by handling calls and email queries related to access and accreditation.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with venue policies, and smooth event operations through effective administrative support.
