Job summary

ANEX TOURISM WORLDWIDE FZCO in Dubai seeks an experienced Contracting Specialist to manage contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers across the UAE. You will secure competitive rates and negotiate terms to support business objectives.

Collaborating with Reservations, Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will ensure accurate documentation and favorable commercial conditions while building strong supplier relationships and monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of contracting experience within a DMC, tour operator, or travel company.
• Strong experience in hotel contracting and supplier management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and tourism market.
• MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Filtering).

ANEX TOURISM WORLDWIDE FZCO is looking for an experienced Contracting Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and maintaining strong relationships with hotels and tourism suppliers, securing competitive rates and commercial conditions, and ensuring that all contractual information is accurately maintained and communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers across the UAE.
• Obtain competitive rates, special offers, promotions, and value-added benefits.
• Manage contract terms, cancellation policies, payment conditions, allotments, and other commercial terms.
• Identify and develop relationships with new hotels and potential suppliers.

• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams regarding contractual terms and supplier conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant contracting experience within a DMC, tour operator, or travel company.
• Strong experience in hotel contracting and supplier management.
• Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and tourism market.
• Ability to understand rates, mark-ups, contract conditions, cancellation policies, allotments, and payment terms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken — mandatory.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Filtering).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively under pressure.
• Availability to work during peak seasons when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in the UAE is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with UAE hotels and tourism suppliers are highly preferred.
• Experience with contracting, reservation, or tourism management systems.
• Additional languages, especially Russian, are an advantage.
