Job summary

Thermo King in Dubai is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects on-site. You will oversee site teams, coordinate with engineers and clients, and ensure installations meet drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, precise commissioning, and active coordination across disciplines to deliver efficient climate solutions for buildings and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from end to end, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering quality standards.
• Lead site teams, optimized installation workflows, and implemented corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Enhanced system performance through precise commissioning.
• Maintained strong client communication and documentation, contributing to improved project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Planning, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Material Coordination, Procurement Follow-Up, BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, Site Supervision, Subcontractor Coordination, Client/Consultant Coordination, Technical Documentation.
• Coordinated with site engineers and technicians to ensure proper execution of ducting, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor the site activities and ensured HVAC installation was carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Support in developing project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
