Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Full-Time Specialist to review, draft, and negotiate technology and services agreements. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and aligning stakeholders.

This position will draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements; negotiate terms with clients and vendors; ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; and collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and service agreements with a minimum of 3 years in contract management or a related role.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks relevant to technology services.
