Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and contractual frameworks such as FIDIC.
• Lead contract strategy, compliance, and risk management across project phases.
• Oversee variations, claims, change management, contractual notices, and commercial correspondence.
• Provide contractual and commercial advice to project management and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual terms, KPIs, deliverables, and obligations.
• Coordinate with legal, planning, cost control, procurement, and project teams on disputes and claims.
• Prepare reports on contract status, risks, claims, variations, and commercial exposure.
• Support dispute avoidance, claim resolution, and contractual decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15+ years of experience in contract management or commercial management.
• Experience on large infrastructure, rail, construction, or mega projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract standards.
