Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Abu Dhabi invites a senior Contract Manager - PMC (Rail) to lead contractual and commercial aspects of large rail infrastructure projects. You will manage contracts under FIDIC, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with international standards while safeguarding the client's interests.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in contract management, a degree in engineering or law, and a proven ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in contract or commercial management.
• Experience on large infrastructure, rail, construction, or mega projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and international contract standards.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts in accordance with FIDIC and project requirements.
• Lead contract strategy, compliance, and risk management across all phases.
• Oversee variations, claims, change management, and contractual notices.
• Provide bespoke contractual and commercial advice to project management and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and deliverables.
• Coordinate with legal, planning, cost control, procurement, and project teams on disputes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on contract status, risks, and commercial exposure.
• Support dispute avoidance and claim resolution strategies.
