Job summary

TRACTEBEL in Dubai seeks a senior contracts specialist to manage contractual matters and claims administration for the project, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and protecting the Client’s commercial interests.

You will oversee contracts, variations, claims, EOTs and commercial correspondence, review contractor/subcontractor entitlement, and monitor obligations, notices, milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably on major infrastructure, tunnelling, sewerage or utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, EOT, variations and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing complex EPC/Design & Build infrastructure contracts is preferred.
• Excellent contractual, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
