Job summary

TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING S.A DUBAI BRANCH is seeking a senior contracts professional to manage contractual matters for major infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will oversee variations, claims, EOTs and commercial correspondence, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and protecting the client's commercial interests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related discipline and a minimum of 15 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably on major infrastructure, tunnelling, sewerage or utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, EOT, variations and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing complex EPC/Design & Build infrastructure contracts is preferred.
• Excellent contractual, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts variations claims EOTs and commercial correspondence
• Review and assess contractor subcontractor claims and entitlement
• Monitor contractual obligations notices milestones and deliverables
• Prepare review contractual responses claim evaluations and recommendations
• Support dispute avoidance negotiation and resolution of contractual issues
• Coordinate with project legal commercial and technical teams on claims matters
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for potential disputes
