As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract agreements between our company and our clients. Your main duties will include reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and monitoring contract performance.
Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments within the company to ensure that contracts are accurately drafted and executed in a timely manner. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all contracts and advise management on any potential risks or issues that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A background in law or business administration would be beneficial but is not required.
