Job summary

Cambium Learning Group in Dubai seeks a quality control Coordinator to support project and operations tasks in our educational technology division. You will learn CAI systems, use process documents for quality checks, and help build test forms and configuration files.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team while traveling up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management.
• Excellent computer knowledge, especially Excel.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• High level of organization.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).
