About Supy
Supy is a fast-growing SaaS company based in Dubai, with offices in Melbourne, London and Riyadh.
Trusted by over 3,000 restaurant locations in 30+ countries, Supy helps operators reduce costs, boost margins and scale with confidence through better inventory management, procurement and business intelligence.
Backed by leading investors, we’re expanding quickly and building a brand that’s redefining how restaurants run their businesses. This is your chance to join a rocket-ship company while the story is still being written.
Requirements
You’ll be the right hand to Supy’s Director of Growth - turning strategy into execution, running with ideas, and operating as a high-performing marketer. You’ll be expected to work at a high standard, think critically, and improve the work, not just deliver it.
This isn’t about churning out content for the sake of it. It’s about creating content that earns attention, builds trust, and ties Supy’s product directly to the real challenges multi-location restaurant operators face.
You’ll lead content across all channels - from blogs and newsletters to TikTok reels and product launches - and help evolve Supy from a written-first brand into one that excels in both writing and video.
We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and ambitious. Someone who gets what makes people pay attention and is hungry to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead Supy’s content strategy across formats and channels
- Champion quality and creativity : raising the bar with every asset, not just filling calendars
- Use AI as a multiplier, a tool to scale your impact without compromising originality or human insight
- Write and produce content across blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, carousels and more
- Launch new product features with clear, useful content across blog, email, social and in-app
- Own the editorial calendar and blog, writing and commissioning content that’s valuable to our ICP
- Create and manage content that improves Supy’s visibility across both traditional SEO and AI-generated results
- Lead our organic social strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, with experiments across Shorts, Reels and TikTok
- Repurpose long-form content, like podcast episodes, into high-performing social and video content
- Manage the Supy Talks podcast process, sourcing guests, planning formats and coordinating repurposing (note : hosting is handled by others)
- Own our newsletter across markets, from planning to execution
- Lead case study creation from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing and writing customer stories for web, video and sales
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to brief strong, creative output
- Bonus if you’re handy with CapCut or can help brainstorm Meta ad creatives that actually cut through
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic content marketer who thinks audience-first, not just format-first. You’ll have at least 1 year of full-time marketing experience. The role is well suited to someone with 1–8 years of experience specifically in marketing.
- Someone who genuinely cares about quality, clarity and effectiveness, and brings it to every piece of work
- A sharp writer with strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
- Confident across formats, from case studies and newsletters to TikToks and podcast scripts
- Skilled collaborator with clear, thoughtful feedback for designers and videographers
- Believes AI is a tool to multiply great work, not a shortcut to avoid doing it
- Ambitious and self-motivated, you want to build something that matters
- Native-level English speaker and writer. Arabic is not required, but a bonus if you can write in both
Benefits
- Excellent medical insurance
- 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays
- 2 weeks per year of “work from anywhere” flexibility
- 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
- Newly refurbished office next to Sobha Realty Metro Station
- Flat hierarchy with direct exposure to senior leadership
- Culture of trust, ownership, and zero micromanagement
