Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a senior content editor to lead DTC web copy editing and end-to-end content workflows. You will coordinate with designers and writers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timely submissions through Veeva Vault Promomats.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/healthcare content, strong editing skills, and a deep understanding of MLR processes. On-site role in Dubai with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital content strategy, copyediting, or content operations within pharma or healthcare.
• Expertise in line-editing and technical grammar verification.
• Experience managing digital content through Veeva Vault Promomats or similar MLR tools.
• Strong understanding of DTC regulatory considerations and ISI placement.

• Perform meticulous copyediting and proofreading on DTC web assets to ensure intuitive user flows and brand alignment
• Project manage end-to-end content workflows and timelines to eliminate bottlenecks
• Manage full-lifecycle digital copy submissions and approval workflows in Veeva Vault
• Facilitate live MLR review sessions and track feedback in real-time
• Partner with visual designers and content creators to execute regulatory and consumer-focused revisions
• Document and maintain operational guidelines based on reviewer feedback
• Assist with content verification during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Evaluate cross-team handoffs to develop streamlined content operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of professional experience in digital content strategy, copyediting, or content operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Proven expertise in line-editing, copyediting, and technical grammar verification
• Extensive hands-on experience managing digital content through Veeva Vault Promomats or similar MLR review software
• Strong understanding of DTC regulatory considerations regarding pharmaceutical claims, fair balance, and ISI placement

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in formal copyediting or editorial quality assurance frameworks for consumer healthcare
• Experience working within enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for DTC web copy verification
