Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Web Production lead in Dubai to manage and optimize digital platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy across channels. You will drive AI-assisted content workflows, enhance SEO, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in Communications, Commercial, and IT to deliver trusted online properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web production or digital operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Claude).
• Proficiency in technical SEO, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong stakeholder management across Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, and IT.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and run digital platforms including web, visual assets, and search.
• Use AI-assisted tools to assemble and update pages.
• Build a reusable multi-site site factory for clinical trial properties.
• Drive same-day publishing workflows through AWS Amplify.
• Manage technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
• Correct inaccurate information in Wikidata, Knowledge Panel, and financial data.
• Build AI-enabled production capabilities using Figma Weave and Adobe Firefly.
• Support MLR review and maintain WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and privacy standards.
• Transition external web properties from agency dependency to in-house production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web production or digital operations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Claude)
• Proficiency in technical SEO, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals
• Strong stakeholder management across Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, and IT
• Ability to work in a regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with MLR or promotional review processes
• Experience with AWS Amplify, WCAG accessibility, CCPA, and GDPRKnowledge of Wikidata, Knowledge Panel, or financial-data governance
• Experience with Figma Weave and Adobe Firefly
