Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah ищет творческого контент-менеджера для создания фото и видео материалов, продвижения бренда и управления полным циклом проектов. Вы будете работать над контентом для соцсетей, кампаний и цифровых платформ, а также организовывать съёмки по отделам отеля и редактировать материал до готового продукта.

Требуется 1–2 года опыта в фото/видео, умение работать с профессиональным оборудованием и знание Premiere Pro/Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 1–2 года опыта в фотографии, видеосъёмке или создании контента.
• Опыт работы в гостеприимстве, лайфстайл, travel или F&B приветствуется.
• Умение работать с профессиональными камерами, светом и оборудованием.
• Владение Premiere Pro и Photoshop; знание After Effects, Lightroom и Audition – преимущество.
• Высокий уровень монтажа, цветокоррекции и ретуши фотографий.
• Понимание форматов соцсетей и коротких видеороликов.

Responsibilities

• Концептуализация, съемка и монтаж качественного фото и видео контента для соцсетей и кампаний.
• Управление полным творческим процессом от брифа до финального Delivery.
• Организация фотосессий по отделам отелем: номера, F&B, лайфстайл, спа, ивенты.
• Съемка мероприятий и акций, постановка света, звук, монтаж и цветокоррекция.
• Создание контента для Instagram Reels, Stories, постов и сайтов.
• ПоддержкаAsset-библиотеки фото и видео; следование трендам соцсетей и контента.
• Модерирование нескольких проектов с соблюдением сроков и качества.

Задачи:

Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms. Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery. Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments, including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations. Capture hotel events, key moments and special activations as required. Handle photography and videography setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading. Create content adapted for Instagram Reels, Stories, social posts, websites and other marketing channels. Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand and consistent in quality. Organise and maintain the hotel's complete photo and video asset library. Stay updated with current social media, hospitality and content-production trends. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Требования:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom and Audition is an advantage.
• Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and short-form video.
• Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to support shoots, events and activations outside standard working hours when required.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills is required.
