Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in container platforms and cloud‑native environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying and managing LLMs in containerised environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), and GitOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimisation of OpenShift and OpenShift AI platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of containerised workloads, including LLM deployments.
• Oversee Kubernetes‑based orchestration and platform scalability.

This position combines hands‑on technical leadership with platform governance and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimisation of OpenShift and OpenShift AI platforms
• Manage lifecycle of containerised workloads, including LLM deployments
• Oversee Kubernetes‑based orchestration and platform scalability
• Implement automation frameworks for provisioning, monitoring, and patching

Required Experience

• Experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi‑cloud environments
• Proven team leadership experience
