Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. You will automate build, deployment, release, and environment management processes, while ensuring security, observability, and reliability in enterprise-scale environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Groovy scripting, and modern monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) to support

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and developing Jenkins Shared Libraries.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift administration and deployments.
• Proficient in GitOps and declarative deployment using ArgoCD or similar tools.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in CI/CD, OpenShift, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitOps, Service Mesh, and DevOps automation . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments across Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. The role requires strong practical experience in enterprise DevOps environments, automation, microservices security, observability, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise application deployments.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines across container technologies including Native Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift .
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions .
• Implement and manage Jenkins-based Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins Shared Libraries, Pipeline-as-Code, and Groovy scripting for CI/CD automation.
• Implement and manage GitOps-based deployment practices using tools such as ArgoCD .
• Work with development and engineering teams to automate application build, deployment, release, and environment management processes.
• Manage and support multiple application environments across development, testing, staging, and production.
• Implement and maintain Service Mesh solutions within containerized and microservices environments.
• Support secure communication between microservices and understand microservice authentication and authorization mechanisms .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, configure, and manage different application environments.
• Implement DevOps automation to improve deployment reliability, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Monitor application and platform health and troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and pipeline issues.
• Implement and maintain enterprise logging and monitoring solutions .
• Work with ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana for centralized logging, monitoring, metrics, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous platform improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps standards, automation frameworks, engineering best practices, and platform reliability initiatives.
