Job summary

TP is seeking a Project Manager – Contact Center in Dubai to lead end-to-end delivery for contact center initiatives, including process improvements and technology implementations.

You will develop plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, while monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Strong collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, IT, HR, and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, PM, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing technology implementations and process improvements.
