Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a leading UAE private hospital. The role requires strong general and complex urology experience and Western postgraduate qualifications.

The candidate will perform advanced surgical procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to teaching and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.
• Recognized Western qualification such as UK CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Irish, or equivalent.
• Consultant-level experience in Urology.
• Strong experience in general and complex urological conditions and surgical procedures.
• Experience with minimally invasive/endoscopic urology is preferred.
• Subspecialty expertise in Uro-Oncology, Endourology, Robotic Surgery, Andrology, Female Urology, or Reconstructive Urology is an advantage.
• Experience in a tertiary, multispecialty, or leading private hospital is preferred.
• Strong clinical and surgical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of urological conditions.
• Manage urinary tract and male reproductive system conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency urological procedures and surgeries.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure patient-safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits, and CPD.
