Job summary

JCP Business Services seeks an experienced Consultant Urologist with strong expertise in Robotic-Assisted Surgery to join a Dubai hospital. The role emphasizes robotic, laparoscopic and open urology with focus on uro-oncology and renal transplantation services.

The candidate should have 13+ years post-specialization, MBBS, MS/DNB in Urology, and proven robotic surgery experience, with leadership in teaching and multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/DNB(General Surgery followed by DNB Urology)
• Minimum 13 years of post-specialization experience, preferably with significant robotic surgery experience.
• Proven experience in robotic-assisted urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a comprehensive range of adult urological conditions.
• Perform robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, endourological and open urological procedures.
• Perform advanced robotic procedures, with particular expertise in minimally invasive urology.
• Manage complex uro‑oncology cases, including prostate, kidney and bladder cancers.
• Perform endourological procedures including PCNL, Mini‑PCNL, RIRS, ureteroscopy, TURP and TURBT.
• Provide comprehensive renal transplantation services, including live‑related and deceased‑donor transplantation.
• Perform reconstructive and female urological procedures, including urethral stricture, hypospadias and VVF repair.
• Manage paediatric urological conditions including VUR, PUV and PUJ obstruction.
• Provide pre‑operative, operative and post‑operative patient care.
• Lead and support the development of advanced robotic and minimally invasive urology services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical teaching, training and quality‑improvement activities.
