We Staffed HR is seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon for a reputed hospital in Dubai, UAE. The role demands extensive expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, exceptional surgical skills, and a commitment to patient safety and ethical standards.

Responsibilities include consultations, preoperative evaluations, performing rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, facelifts, and body contouring, as well as managing trauma- and burn-related reconstructions.

Formación

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Extensive clinical and surgical experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Proven expertise in performing complex plastic surgery procedures.
• Strong knowledge of modern surgical techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes.

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessments, and preoperative evaluations.
• Perform cosmetic procedures, including rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, facelifts, and body contouring, within the scope of clinical privileges.
• Manage reconstructive procedures involving trauma, burns, congenital deformities, and post-surgical defects.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, expectations, and medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care to ensure optimal recovery and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and DHA regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
