Job summary

Talentspoc LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Plastic Surgeon to provide advanced reconstructive and aesthetic care within a leading healthcare facility. You will manage complex cases, develop individualized surgical plans, and drive patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality postoperative care in a dynamic UAE setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree required.
• MS/DNB in General Surgery with MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery or equivalent qualification.
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level is expected.
• Experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures is essential.
• Excellent surgical judgment, clinical leadership and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures based on clinical expertise.
• Manage cases involving facial injuries, burns, congenital deformities, and post-traumatic reconstruction.
• Perform cosmetic procedures, including facial rejuvenation and body contouring when applicable.
• Evaluate patients, discuss treatment options, and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide comprehensive post-operative care.
• Monitor recovery and manage surgical complications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safety.
