Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with ear, nose, throat, hearing, airway, and related pediatric ENT disorders.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing loss, speech-related concerns, nasal obstruction, and recurrent ENT problems.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on age, symptoms, clinical findings, family concerns, and long-term child health needs.
• Provide expert consultation to pediatricians, emergency physicians, speech therapists, audiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals regarding pediatric ENT cases.
• Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures when required, following approved clinical privileges and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans according to response and recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records, clinical notes, procedure documentation, and follow-up plans in line with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support the best possible outcomes for children and families.
• Educate parents and caregivers about diagnosis, treatment options, surgery, medication use, recovery expectations, and preventive ENT care.
• Stay updated with current pediatric ENT practices, procedures, technologies, and evidence-based treatment methods.
