Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to lead management of complex endocrine disorders in children. Located in Al Ain, this full-time position requires 8-10 years of experience in pediatric endocrinology, including expertise in diabetes care and hormone therapy planning.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of post-specialization experience at consultant level.
• Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric endocrine disorders including diabetes and thyroid disease.
• Conduct inpatient consultations across NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
• Manage outpatient clinics with long-term follow-up for chronic endocrine cases.
• Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing teams.

We are seeking a senior specialist to lead the diagnosis and management of complex endocrine disorders in children, contributing to advanced pediatric services and multidisciplinary clinical excellence within a tertiary-care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, growth abnormalities, and metabolic conditions.
• Conduct inpatient consultations across NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
• Manage outpatient clinics with long-term follow-up for chronic endocrine cases.
• Interpret advanced endocrine testing, hormone studies, and diagnostic imaging.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics such as diabetes, obesity, and genetic services.
• Contribute to development of clinical protocols, pathways, and quality improvement programs.
• Support governance activities including audits and morbidity reviews.
• Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing teams.
