SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a reputable UAE healthcare facility. The role requires western-qualified specialists with DHA/DOH/MOHAP eligibility and willingness to relocate to the UAE.

You will provide comprehensive surgical care for mouth, jaws, and facial structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adhering to international clinical standards and UAE regulations.

Competenze

• Dental degree (BDS, DDS, DMD) or equivalent and, where required, a medical degree.
• Recognized OMS specialist qualification from Western healthcare systems (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/NZ/Europe).
• Post-qualification specialist experience as required by UAE licensing authority.
• Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant classification under DHA/DOH/MOHAP.

Mansioni

• Assess and surgically manage diseases, injuries, deformities in the oral and maxillofacial region.
• Perform dentoalveolar procedures including complex extractions and impacted wisdom teeth removal.
• Conduct orthognathic surgery for facial skeletal discrepancies when trained.
• Manage facial trauma involving mandible, maxilla and cheekbones.
• Treat oral and maxillofacial cysts, benign tumours, and other pathologies surgically.
• Manage TMJ disorders and related surgical conditions.
• Perform preoperative assessments, review imaging, plan treatments, obtain consent.
• Collaborate with orthodontists, dentists, ENT, plastics, oncologists for multidisciplinary care.
• Provide postoperative care, pain management and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control and governance standards.

Formazione

Dental degree (BDS, DDS, DMD) or equivalent

Medical degree where required by licensing pathway

Specialist qualification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Western system)
