This role is ideal for an American Board-certified OB‑GYN specialist who can provide compassionate care across all stages of women's health, from prenatal support and childbirth to menopause care and complex gynecologic treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care for women across all age groups, including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health, and menopause-related care.
- Conduct routine check‑ups, women's health screenings, pelvic examinations, diagnostic reviews, and preventive care consultations.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecological conditions, including endometriosis, pelvic pain, irregular periods, hormonal concerns, and reproductive health issues.
- Deliver babies, manage labor and delivery cases, perform Caesarean sections, and provide safe postnatal care for mothers and newborns.
- Provide prenatal care, including ultrasound review, blood test coordination, fetal wellbeing monitoring, genetic counseling support, and pregnancy risk assessment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for complex gynecological conditions using medical, surgical, and evidence‑based management approaches.
- Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries when clinically required, while maintaining strong patient safety and surgical care standards.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, contraception, fertility treatment options, pregnancy planning, and long‑term women's health management.
- Collaborate with midwives, nurses, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, fertility specialists, radiology teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay updated with advances in obstetrics, gynecology, maternal health, reproductive medicine, and minimally invasive treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent documentation, delivery notes, procedure reports, treatment plans, and follow‑up records in line with clinical standards.
Ideal Profile
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- American Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
- Valid DHA or MOH license as a Consultant OB‑GYN is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Consultant OB‑GYN.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
- Western education or Western training is required.
- Strong experience in pregnancy care, delivery management, Caesarean sections, postnatal care, gynecological diagnosis, and women's health treatment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of obstetric and gynecological services in a modern clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Strong work ethic with a compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural healthcare environment.
