Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Consultant OB-GYN in Dubai to lead comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, reproductive, and surgical care. You will manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies, cesarean deliveries, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires board-certified expertise, 5–7 years post-board experience, and strong patient communication. This is a full-time in Dubai with competitive, tax-free remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-board consultant experience in a reputable hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations for a broad range of obstetric and gynecological conditions.
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies from antenatal assessment through labor, delivery, and postnatal follow-up.
• Perform normal deliveries and cesarean sections according to clinical indication.
• Diagnose and treat menstrual disorders, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, infertility-related conditions, and menopausal concerns.
• Perform gynecological surgical procedures and minimally invasive interventions where clinically appropriate.
• Use laparoscopic techniques for selected gynecological conditions within the consultant's scope of practice.
• Provide preventive women’s health services including screening and routine gynecological evaluation.
• Develop individualized care plans based on diagnosis, reproductive goals, and patient preferences.
• Counsel patients regarding pregnancy, contraception, fertility, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
• Coordinate complex cases with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, fertility specialists, and other health professionals.
• Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory findings, pathology results, and other investigations relevant to obstetric and gynecological care.
• Maintain detailed clinical records covering consultations, procedures, deliveries, and follow-up.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Role Context

The Consultant OB-GYN will deliver complete medical and surgical care for women across reproductive, maternity, and later-life health needs. The position combines outpatient consultation, inpatient management, pregnancy monitoring, delivery care, gynecological diagnosis, preventive screening, and operative treatment. The consultant will also manage complex obstetric and gynecological cases requiring coordinated input from neonatology, anesthesiology, radiology, fertility services, nursing teams, and other specialists. A strong focus on patient communication, clinical safety, and individualized treatment will support positive maternal and gynecological outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations for a broad range of obstetric and gynecological conditions.

• Conduct maternal and fetal assessments and identify pregnancy complications requiring specialist intervention.

• Perform gynecological surgical procedures and minimally invasive interventions where clinically appropriate.
